Accounting Manager

We're looking for a motivated and driven **Accounting Manager** who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- Coordinate accounting activities closely with the central accounting team to ensure alignment, consistency, and timely reporting across all financial operations.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate data.
- Conduct detailed analysis of accounts to provide the controlling team with accurate insights.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns across multiple countries of operation, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
- Organize and maintain all necessary documentation to support audit processes, including detailed records and reports, to facilitate a smooth and accurate review.
- Collaborate closely with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Controlling, HR, and other key departments to align and integrate accounting activities seamlessly.

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance;
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting in a multinational environment;
- Solid Accounting knowledge (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management);
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Solid proficiency in Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
- Very good verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent English, any other language is an advantage (Romanian is a plus).
