**Customer Service Specialist**

Temporay position.

In this role you will be supporting the Sales Manager as Back Office.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for order management from sales order entry to internal support to the Sales Dept.
- Daily management and update of Customers’ contact platforms

**Your Profile**
- Commercial or linguistic education
- Previous experience in customer service, preferable within an international company
- Experience in the Fashion/Luxury Customer service dpt. is a plus
- A good knowledge of English is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong customer orientated personality
- Good command of IT tools
