**Chi siamo?**

Flexy opera nel mercato dell'intermediazione lavorativa, con l'obiettivo di soddisfare bisogni latenti entro un mercato scarsamente valorizzato in Italia, ovvero quello delle mansioni _low-skilled_. Il servizio si intende erogato attraverso una piattaforma da lanciare su website ed app iOS/Android.

Al momento, essendo in seed-stage, siamo impegnati nella ricerca e nel consolidamento di investitori e partner strategici, avendo completato l’analisi funzionale della piattaforma ed ogni ricerca complementare, nonché un business plan strutturato e dettagliato.

- Studente o neolaureato in facoltà umanistiche, presso un ateneo accreditato;
- Sviluppate conoscenze di psicologia e studi comportamentali applicati a contesti aziendali;
- Conoscenza di meccanismi innovativi di selezione del personale, che eventualmente implementino l’uso dell’IA e del Machine Learning a fini procedurali ed efficientativi.

**Cosa farai?**

Come HR Specialist sarai responsabile della selezione e dell’amministrazione del personale di impresa, con un focus particolare su:

- **Pianificazione **ed **implementazione **della procedura di **recruiting generale**, in sinergia con le eventuali altre divisioni coinvolte;
- **Gestione **ed **efficientamento **delle campagne di recruiting attive;
- **Talent Acquisition**, provvedendo alla ricerca attiva di potenziali talenti da includere nel personale di impresa;
- Sostenimento dei **colloqui conoscitivi** posteriori allo screening;
- Implementazione, correzione ed aggiornamento di eventuali **test comportamentali** ed altre procedure innovative da inserire come parte della selezione.

**Come sarai inquadrato?**

Quale HR Specialist, sarai inquadrato all’interno della Divisione Human Resources, parte della Direzione Finance. Ti rapporterai dunque con il _**Responsabile HR**_ e, in dati casi, con il _**Chief Financial Officer.**_ In alcune casistiche, avrai inoltre l‘occasione di relazionarti con l’_**Advisor for AI and Machine Learning**_, per valutare innovazioni tecnologiche nel processo di recruiting.

Date comunque le ridotte dimensioni dell’organico aziendale, risulterai pienamente integrato in tutti i processi, ottenendo una visione d’insieme circa lo sviluppo di un business inedito, dinamico e complesso.

La retribuzione erogata sarà in sola quota fissa, tuttavia si noti che l'erogazione della stessa sarà finalizzata e determinata **soltanto** al **completo o parziale ottenimento dei fondi previsti a budget** e, in seguito (su base regolare), al **lancio finale della piattaforma**. La stessa è dunque fortemente correlata all'andamento del progetto, degli investimenti e della società nell'insieme, come conseguenza dell'elevato livello di **commitment **richiesto.
