Portiere di Notte Hotel

We are looking for passionate, motivated and ambitious people to join our Reception in our Hotel, Splendid Hotel La Torre.

After 30 years our Night Auditor is retiring, and we would like to find a long-term partner to grow up together.

The vacancy will open during high season but we will open it before and start a smooth onboarding.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Process invoices and fiscal needs
- Reconcile accountso Balance the cash drawer and log receiptso Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits
- Be able to coordinate, prioritize and take decisions in case of need
- Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs
- Maintaining and improving hotel standards
- Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them
- Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services
- Anticipate Daily needs and support colleagues in case of need.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, in big hotels with restaurant and strong accounting focus for at least 3-5 years, in italian companies would be considered a plus**:

- Fluent in English; is mandatory; French and or German are considered a plus
- Able to manage stressful situations
- Keen to problem solving
- Experience with accounting and facility management software
- Excellent math skillso An eye for detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work overnighto Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented
- T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato

Stipendio: €1.250,00 - €1.650,00 al mese
