Sales Rep Specialist

On behalf of an important multinational Company, IQVIA CSMS GMBH is looking for a **Sales Representative Radiology** for the region: Emilia Romagna.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of visits to targeted clients in the managed area, by presenting Company’s Radiology products, by giving the necessary consulting support during the post-sales phase, guaranteeing the prompt fulfillment of demand and the promotion of Company’s image, according to Group and Supervisor’s guidelines.
- Ensure the maintenance and development of consulting, long-lasting and trusted relationships with customers (radiologists, bioengineers, healthcare professionals) and with sector’s Opinion Leaders in order to continuously provide updates on technical, scientific and clinical contents of the products in portfolio, to propose and ensure feedback to the Supervisor for the planning of sales plans, sales forecasts as well as pricing and approach to market policies, according to the guidelines provided by the Supervisor.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives with current clients and the identification and development of new opportunities for the business in order to contribute to the Radiology BU’s profitability goals, according to the guidelines provided by the Supervisor, by creating, developing and managing opportunities, moving them through the Sales Process stages (Opportunity qualification, Influencers Mapping definition, buying criteria definition and satisfaction, negotiation and closing).
- Guarantee, within the decision authority of the role and according to the defined pricing policy, the implementation of the pricing policy most fitting to customer’s needs, asking - if necessary - the Supervisor’s support to define the price, according to the profitability goals defined and to the guidelines provided by the Supervisor.
- Support the Supervisor in the identification of possible synergies with the other commercial areas within the Radiology BU, in order to pursue sales and profitability objectives for the managed area, by defining and proposing integrated and customized product solutions which best fit customers’ needs.
- Ensure the maintenance and development of Company products’ image and presence in the managed area, by directly managing and taking care of the local Opinion Leaders, also through the operating management of local events aimed at communicating and promoting Radiology BU’s products.
- Assure the adequate technical, scientific and clinical customer service, by collecting and understanding client’s needs and promptly transferring their requests to the appropriate functions within the Division (e.g. Field Application service) and within the Group, in order to guarantee the necessary support to customers, according to the Group’s guidelines.
**REQ**U**IRED SKILLS**:
- Scientific Degree and qualification to exercise REP profession (qualification as Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco)
- Strong and proved knowledge of the hospital tendering procedure
- Previous experience like sales will be considered a plus
- Excellent level of written and spoken English (and local language)
- Digital Savvy and proved knowledge of MS office
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong teamwork and solid communication skills
- Results oriented and able to work in a matrix organization
- Driving license
- Required residence or domicile in Emilia Romagna, Bologna will be considered a plus
