Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.Your roleLeading a team of digital and automation specialists and experts, drives and facilitates the digital transformation of the site in order to increase performance and to ensure computerized systems compliance to HA requirements; define the digital roadmap and lead its implementationensuring alignment with Local and Global stakeholders and Quality requirements; accountable for Digital & Automation project Opex (around 0.5 M€/year) and Capex (around 1 M€/year); Work in accordance to international Guideline (EU. FDA, etc..); support Quality Unit during Health Authority Inspections regarding his own/her own area of accountability.Who you areUniversity degree or equivalent preferably related to Engineering, Electronics, or computer science3+ years in digital/Automation roleAble to manage and develop a teamAbility to work in multicultural teams, open and innovative mindset. Goal-oriented, persevering, focused on quality and meeting deadlinesCapability to support the production and quality department during the operation activities Curiosity and open minded to new tools & technologyImpactful communication skills to inspire and motivate / relationship managementDrive to make things happeningChange management mindset to influence future ways of workingStrategy thinking but also shopfloor oriented to ease digital adoptionProject management skillsKnowledge in industrial automation Good understanding of Digitalization and Connectivity solutions, which are pillars of Industry 4.0. Good knowledge on Information Technology (IT), such as Infra Structure of Servers and Virtualizations (HW & SW), as well as, networks levels, switches, routers, etc.Italian & English fluent
