**Role & Function**

The Customer Care and Supply Specialist will support the Tenders and Customer Care Manager on-site at the Milan office in order to grant Supply Chain and Customer Care activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as Supply Chain coordinator between local wholesaler, HQ and customers and Contact person for Customers (i.e. Regions, Hospitals, Local Health Units, etc.) for Supply Chain and Customer Care
- Product Supply coordinator (Refill Orders), Returns Handling, Complaints Handing, Scrapping, New Customer setup-local distribution
- Provide the price list of Sobi products to the Logistic team
- Customer Service and coordination with DHL order entry team, OTC activities, Receivable monitoring
- Collect basis needs and actions on regular basis to prevent any requests or needs from Customers and coordinate with internal cross-functional team and external logistic support
- Prepare Reports for Monthly Update Meetings with focus on Supply Chain and Customer Care activities, involving Sales Manager and PM, extended to Finance, Regulatory and Compliance or Legal, when needed - all in order to get good levels of operational excellence
- In charge of regularly updates to external support for Tender and for Logistics of “Anagráfica Clienti” (Customers Database) (i.e. creation of new codes; updates of existing ones) and of “Anagráfica Prodotti” (Products Database) (i.e. creation of new codes; updates of prices)
- Stock reconciliation
- Sales reconciliation (invoice sales)
- Customer Master data (IFS)
- Stock accounting

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in supply and customer care
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical company
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask (customer contact, preparing reports, administrative work, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Based in Milan
- Experience working with Tenders is a plus

**Location**:
The position will be based in Milan, Italy. This is an office-based position. Sobi has a policy of smartworking applied to all office-based roles and will have approximately 10% travel
