**HEAD OF INTERNAL PROGRAMMING - GIORGIO ARMANI OPERATIONS**

La risorsa avrà il coordinamento dello stabilimento calzaturiero (donna classica) e le seguenti responsabilità:

- Gestire e coordinare la programmazione e avanzamento della produzione sia interna al plant e sia presso i fabbricanti esterni;
- Gestire il rapporto con i fabbricanti esterni, con un rapporto di costante contatto diretto;
- Coordinare le tempistiche, spese, entrate ed uscite legate all’esternalizzazione della produzione;
- Garantire una corretta valutazione delle capacità produttive dei reparti interni e dei calzaturifici esterni;
- Garantire i lanci di produzione ed il rispetto delle finestre di consegna, tramite un costante rapporto con i fabbricanti al fine di garantire la tempestiva gestione e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche di produzione;
- Gestire le attività di reportistica e di analisi verso le richieste del team di pianificazione trasversale e verso il plant interno;
- Garantire la collaborazione con i colleghi, in particolare con le aree di costing, degli acquisti materie prime, di industrializzazione e di qualità per garantire la consegna dei prodotti nel rispetto dei timing di consegna e degli standard qualitativi;
- Gestire la relazione costante con l’ente di pianificazione trasversale.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 7-8 anni in contesti di produzione del settore calzaturiero;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informativi;
- Requisito preferenziale: conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di interazione, di analisi e precisione e proattività.
