**Gruppo Campari **is currently looking for an** FP&A Specialist **based in Sesto San Giovanni.
The purpose of this role is to drive and manage A&P forecasting and planning process for the Italian market and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance. He/she will support Marketing and Trade Marketing (CCM) teams ensuring reliable forecasts, solid and ambitious budgets (targets) and ability to strategically plan the business development.
We are looking for a graduate with 1-2 years Financial Planning & Analysis experience within Finance & Controlling departments in multinational companies or or Consulting Firms.
**Key Responsibilities & Activities**
The role:
- Is responsible for A&P Marketing, CCM and Academy expenses monthly tracking and deviations analysis performance to ensure budget consistency and defined monthly/quarterly target achievement
- Develops economic and operational analyses supporting decision making processes and contributes to the identification of root causes and definition of corrective actions directly working with Brand Managers and Italian Market Finance team members
- Act as focal point for business counterparties (Marketing, CCM and Academy) to solve daily issues, provide assistance and collect and address needs/requests
**Key Relationships**
Italian Market Finance team members, Marketing and CCM teams, GBS team, Group FP&A team
**Education / Professional Qualifications**
- Degree in Economics/Business Administration or Management Engineering
- 1-2 years of proven Financial Planning & Analysis experience within Finance & Controlling departments of multinational manufacturing companies or Consulting Firms
- Fluent in English and Italian, another language is a plus
- Microsoft Suite proficient; advanced excel user
- Experience in reporting, variance identification and root cause analysis
**Skills***
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of management
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver (including potential conflicts across different functions members)
