**Posizione**:
Nell’ottica di riorganizzazione dell'area Sales & Operations, la nostra azienda è alla ricerca di un **Controller Junior** con ottima conoscenza della lingua spagnola e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Inserimento **full-time presso la sede di Gallarate (Varese).**

Il ruolo - La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile:

- del monitoraggio delle operazioni finanziarie ed operative a supporto dell’area sales/operations suggerendo azioni correttive e piani di sviluppo;
- compilazione di report e analisi KPI's;
- misurazione delle performance di vendita, pianificare interventi correttivi;
- attività di pianificazione: stabilire gli orari di apertura e chiusura dei punti vendita e i relativi turni di lavoro;

**Requisiti**:

- Studi in materie tecnico-economiche;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Spagnolo: avanzato, la conoscenza della lingua inglese verrà considerata un plus;
- Completano il profilo capacità nella gestione dei dati, capacità di mantenere standard morali elevati; spiccate capacità comunicative e dinamismo
- Gradita esperienza in attività gestionali;
- Capacità di gestione e coordinamento delle attività di vendita;
- Capacità di identificazione di eventuali problematiche e di pianificazione di azioni correttive, problem solving;
- Capacità di fornire reportistiche periodiche.
