Per ampliamento del nostro ufficio Commerciale, sito a Verona, siamo alla ricerca di un/a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER per i mercati esteri.
- La risorsa opererà nel mercato europeo della vendita al dettaglio, con l’obiettivo di costruire una rete di contatti con nuovi partner e nuovi clienti, e risponderà direttamente al direttore Marketing e Vendite.
**Responsabilità**:
- Analizzare i territori di riferimento con l’obiettivo di consolidare e individuare opportunità di business
- Sviluppare commercialmente Clienti e Prospect assegnati, in accordo con le strategie della Direzione ma in modalità propositiva e proattiva
- Gestire tutto il ciclo di vendita dall’acquisizione, allo sviluppo, alla chiusura della trattativa, avvalendosi per la parte operativa del supporto dei colleghi del back-office commerciale
- Ricercare e scegliere i partner di distribuzione nei diversi segmenti e paesi
- Condividere con il dipartimento R&D nuove esigenze rilevate nel mercato e collaborare con il dipartimento logistico per individuare il modo migliore per rifornire THE BRIDGE nei vari Paesi.
**Esperienza e Requisiti**:
- É importante per svolgere questo ruolo comprendere le esigenze del cliente, avere già maturato esperienza nelle trattative con i Buyer di riferimento, conoscere le logiche distributive del settore food.
- Consideriamo acquisite la conoscenza professionale Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook e un eccellente livello di inglese.
**Sede di lavoro**:
- L’attività lavorativa si svolgerà in presenza in ufficio a Verona, in smart working per un giorno alla settimana, prevederà occasionali trasferte presso la nostra sede sita a San Pietro Mussolino (VI) e, dopo un primo periodo dedicato all’inserimento, all’affiancamento e alla formazione, trasferte estere per circa il 20-30% del tempo e partecipazione a fiere.
