Snam è il principale operatore europeo nel trasporto e nello stoccaggio di gas naturale, con un’infrastruttura in grado di abilitare la transizione energetica. È tra le prime dieci società quotate italiane per capitalizzazione di mercato.

Il gruppo gestisce una rete di metanodotti di circa 41.000 km tra Italia, Austria, Francia, Grecia e Regno Unito e detiene il 3,5% della capacità di stoccaggio di gas a livello mondiale. È, inoltre, uno dei maggiori operatori nella rigassificazione del GNL (gas naturale liquefatto).

Con i suoi 80 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo e nella gestione di reti e impianti, Snam garantisce la sicurezza degli approvvigionamenti e promuove la transizione energetica, attraverso investimenti nei gas verdi (biometano e idrogeno) e nell’efficienza energetica, nei territori attraversati.

Snam si è data l’obiettivo zero emissioni nette di CO2 equivalente Scope 1 e 2 entro il 2040 e un target di riduzione delle emissioni indirette Scope 3 (consociate, fornitori) entro il 2030.

Nell’ambito della Direzione HR, nell’area Human Capital Development, stiamo cercando una brillante risorsa da inserire all’interno del team Learning a supporto delle seguenti attività:

- A supporto della strategia aziendale, parteciperà al continuo miglioramento della nostra proposta interna e alla progettazione di soluzioni formative sempre rispondenti alle priorità del business e allo sviluppo delle persone, prestando attenzione alla loro experience.
- Antenna dei trend del momento, avrà l’occasione di partecipare allo scouting di nuovi partner e fornitori esterni con uno sguardo sempre attento al futuro, alla valorizzazione delle competenze interne e alla ricerca di nuovo percorsi e modalità di apprendimento.

**Must have**
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni maturata in team Learning & Development
- Passione per il mondo Human Resources
- Flessibilità e proattività nel perseguire gli obiettivi con buon livello di autonomia
- Abile nell’organizzare il lavoro e progetti
- Ottime doti analitiche e di rappresentazione gráfica
- Inglese fluente
