Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Spare Parts and Accessories Regulation & Environment **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of After Sales Business Development**.
You will be responsible to track, analyse and put in place all the needed actions in order to be compliant with worldwide regulations and legislations for material and chemical conformity. You will be responsible to collect and archive all the needed certifications.
- collecting information from Group meetings, R&D, Legal, Importers, External Companies to track all the regulations and legislations regarding material and chemical conformity required to export in all the countries covered by Lamborghini Spare Parts, Accessories, Brand Extension product, contact program items, workshop tools and Packaging
- studying and analysing the new or updated regulations
- preparing Gap Analysis based on information collected
- designing all needed processes and suggest actions to fix and solve Gap Analysis status and formalize the new ones
- based on proposed new processes, and new regulations, preparing in detail all the actions to be compliant and follow their implementation in the markets or by the suppliers
- collection of all After Sales assortment material composition
- tracking the submission in the database of the material composition by the suppliers
- being the link with key persons of Lamborghini importers, country authorities and VW Group Regulations & Environment teams
- being the link with chemistry consultants in order to evaluate all new relevant After Sales products
- collaborating with Lamborghini Safety & Environment team in order to collect all safety data sheet and defining necessary communications to authorities
- collaborating with the involved R&D experts to share information, implement action and defining company strategy
- collaborating with After Sales Supply Chain to set specific actions required to be compliant
- collaborating with Legal team to align information and actions
- suggesting potential IT implementation to improve internal processes and sales processing checks
- being the representative of the after sales in the MCC Team (material and chemical team)
- being part of the KCMS team for the Chemical conformity at group level, representing Automobili Lamborghini after sales
**About you**
- University Degree in Law, Chemistry, Engineering or Economics
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Certification and Project Management
- Experience in Quality and Chemicals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
- Analytical and negotiation skills
