**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Technical Solution Manager is the person in charge of leading the overall process to build a proposal for a specific client business requirement. She/He bridges the gap between client business requirement and IT solutions, leveraging on Kyndryl internal capabilities and complex Partners ecosystems. She/He also defines strategic directions of the IT infrastructure architecture, which then leads to an understanding of what combination of Technology and Services are needed to support the designed solution. Complete the role deep knowledge on financials to build business case as well as commercial skill in selling the value of designed technical proposal.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience working on large engagements, projects, delivery of accounts or transitions, preferably in the Information Technology field.
- Ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships
- Understanding of cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, managed services, and deployment options with knowledge of how they can be implemented in different scenarios.
- Leadership - Ability to provide guidance to large teams regarding the solution strategy and scope. Provide guidance to customers on their challenges and suggested resolutions.
- Financial skills - Able to understand and evaluate base cases, cost cases, staffing models, price calculations, financial models, etc.
- Contractual skills - Experience developing, evaluating and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and other contractual documentation.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
