General Description of the Role

The POSM & Merchandising Project is a project within the GCCM function with the aim to enable the implementation of the Point of Sales Material (*) Management footprint within the whole Campari Group. This initiative will target to achieve a higher level of efficiency and effectiveness in POS material value chain, from demand planning to distribution to trades/customers, leveraging on potential synergies among Markets. In that respect, the Global POSM & Merchandising Project Specialist Internship will support the Global PoSM team to facilitate the change management actions and ensure a successful roll-out, including new policies, procedures and the development of Global catalogues

Key Responsibilities and Activities

Support the Project Manager and Project Specialist as a key reference point from an operational standpoint for:

- development of the POSM GLOBAL CATALOGUE ORDER WINDOW and AD HOC CATALOGUES, collecting inputs from local markets / GSM, managing the creative development phase, sampling
- Development of an extension line of the APEROL SPRITZ merchandising range (agency selection, creative route declination, materials scouting, etc.)
- SHOOTING OF VIDEOS/PICTURES of the new global catalogue items/merchandising ranges
- Create and deploy a new COMMUNICATION PLAN to effectively promote the Projects internally (through newsletter, videos, internal social media Yammer, etc.)
- Organization of regular meetings (with partner and stakeholders) to ensure alignment with goals and deadlines

Education / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus
