**TRANSFORMATION SPECIALIST**

The Transformation Specialist supports the steering of the transformation (prioritization, planning and monitoring of initiatives) supporting project management and defining the guidelines for project governance

**Main Activities and Responsibilities**
- Monitor that transformation projects are aligned with the strategic priorities and direction, supporting the prioritization in terms of capacity and budget allocation
- Ensure correct visibility on project progress, roadblocks, key decisions and results (through KPI, periodic updates, and other metrics)
- Provide Project Management support to the Organization for selected initiatives (ex. planning, staffing, stakeholder management, business analysis)
- Ensure the adoption of the Project Governance Model at company level through change management activities, providing guidelines and standards for project management and promoting project culture
- Ensure the understanding through-out the Organization
