**Temporary Sustainability Specialist**:

In this role you will be responsible to support the global sustainability team in MOTION Business Area. You will contribute to improving the sustainability performance of the business, with particular focus to the social sustainability dimensions of Human rights and Social engagement.

**This position reports to**:
Business Environment Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Global Corporate Responsibility Manager to effectively coordinate the global activities in the field of Human Rights and Social engagement.
- Work in the area of Social Engagement to conduct analysis and benchmark of internal and external trends on community engagement. Support to define the needs for the definition of the new social engagement framework.
- Work in the area of Human Rights in training monitoring and reporting.
- Support in the area of Human Rights in finalizing the Gap and Risk analysis, and help to consolidate the data to define the new roadmap.
- Support as needed on other tasks and projects, such as sustainability communication initiatives, sustainability trainings, sustainability benchmark analysis, sustainability presentations and toolkits.
- Support as needed in the area of carbon neutral operations, circularity, and supply chain sustainability.

**Your background**:

- Recently graduates with internships or other relevant work experience in the sustainability field.
- Possibly additional work or personal experience in the field of Corporate Responsibility (including volunteering, internship in NGOs, UN organizations).
- Sound knowledge of B2B market.
- Master degree/Master/courses in sustainability field.
- Knowledge of Office tool (Excel, Power Point); interactive tools (Mural, Mentee, Slido).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (English will be the working language).
