**Posizione**:
La risorsa, in accordo con il Lean Consultant, sarà responsabile dell’implementazione di progetti di miglioramento continuo del plant. In particolare svolgerà le seguenti attività:

- Analizza i processi per portarli all'eccellenza operativa;
- Migliora le prestazioni aziendali sotto i profili della produttività, gestione, costi di produzione e soddisfazione del cliente;
- Pianifica, coordina e supervisiona il processo di implementazione della Lean Production;
- Lavora in team e si interfaccia quotidianamente con le varie funzioni aziendali;
- Elabora report sui progetti di Lean Manufacturing;
- Propone, facilita e accelera il processo di cambiamento e sviluppo di soluzioni Lean.

**Requisiti**:
Sono richieste le seguenti competenze e caratteristiche:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale o diploma tecnico;
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni, preferibilmente maturata nel settore edile o affini;
- Ottima conoscenza delle logiche di Lean Manufacturing e Kaizen e delle metodologie 5S;
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e degli strumenti informatici.
