L’Hotel De La Ville, situato in cima alla famosa Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti è la nuova destinazione più emozionante di Roma.
Ispirato all’epoca del Grand Tour, l’hotel è un elegante incontro tra l’architettura del XVIII secolo, un concetto di lusso attuale e un servizio ineguagliabile. L’interno, frutto della collaborazione tra Olga Polizzi e il famoso architetto Tommaso Ziffer, intreccia elementi di design tradizionale con tecnologie all’avanguardia, offrendo risultati sorprendenti.

**Obiettivo**:
Come Demì Chef de Partie avrai la possibilità di lavorare con professionisti del settore, utilizzando prodotti e materie prime di ottima qualità. L'obiettivo è quello di soddisfare la nostra clientela e di consolidare la nostra reputazione per garantire un successo a lungo termine.
Riporta a: Head Chef.

**Principali compiti e responsabilità**:

- Rispetto degli standard di servizio, procedure e policy di Rocco Forte Hotels
- Ottimizzazione del processo di cottura e di preparazione con attenzione alla velocità e alla qualità;
- Rispetto delle norme igiene, salute e la sicurezza

**Offriamo**:

- Contratto a tempo determinato secondo il C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo;
- Attività di sviluppo e formazione con opportunità di carriera;
- Possibilità di soggiornare presso gli hotel della compagnia ad una tariffa ridotta (35€ a notte) al raggiungimento dei 6 mesi lavorativi. Si avrà diritto anche al 50% di sconto presso bar e ristoranti della Compagnia e al 20% di sconto su trattamenti di benessere presso le nostre Spa e sui prodotti “Irene Forte”.

- Orientamento ai risultati: Comprende l’impatto della sua performance sui successi di reparto, dell’hotel e della compagnia.
- Competenze e conoscenze tecniche: Dimostra e comprende le caratteristiche e competenze tecniche del proprio ruolo.

**Richiediamo**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel settore nello stesso ruolo di almeno 2 anni in hotel e/o ristoranti di lusso
- Conoscenza della cucina italiana e passione per la ristorazione;
- Costante ricerca di sviluppo personale.
