Per la nostra sede di Dalmine (BG) siamo alla ricerca di un Quality Specialist (con focus sulle operations).

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Qualità e risponderà al Quality Manager.

**Attività**:
Monitorare le attività logistiche;
Identificare gli strumenti adeguati per creare report e KPI;
Fornire metodi di lavoro standardizzati;
Organizzare le attività;
Rapportarsi periodicamente con i Gestori;
Ispezioni in loco presso tutte le sedi di LA CISA.

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno in ambito analogo;
Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale;
Ottima conoscenza di MS Office, specialmente Excel e Power Point;
Preferibile la conoscenza di Power B;
Disponibilità a trasferte;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Senso critico;
Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.

**Completano il profilo**: predisposizione all'analisi, alla pianificazione del lavoro nel rispetto delle scadenze; flessibilità, proattività, problem solving.
