**Position**:
EMEA Sales Operations Specialist

**The EMEA Customer Experience **team is looking for a
**Sales Operation Specialist, **who will provide expert external/internal customer service and sales support for Arrow customers and stakeholders. The team is built of 10 people spread across EMEA: in Germany, Sweden, UK, Italy, Netherlands. In this position, you will be responsible for handling more complex tasks, interfacing with important Arrow customers/stakeholders to create a successful customer experience.

**What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?**
- Be responsible for the **day-to-day support and customer service **activities for assigned accounts.
- Perform support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), vendor resources and customers.
- Demonstrates a **proactive approach **and sense of urgency on our customers' behalf, anticipates our customers' requirements and communicates efforts.
- ** Order Processing**.
- Process Improvements.
- ** Onboarding/managing capabilities **for more complex deals/customers.

**What Are We Looking For?**
- A **charismatic** and **ambitious** individual who is **eager to learn**
- Strong learning capabilities in system, tasks etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in **English and German.**:

- Strong **drive for creating an excellent customer experience**.
- Good understanding of how to manage larger customers, business and tools.
- Experienced in using internet-based chat, instant messaging, related communication tools, Office suite.

**Nice to have**:

- Sales support or sales operations experience.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of any additional language is a plus: Swedish, Italian, French, Spanish.
