1 RAGIONAL SALES ACCOUNT

**RESPONSABILITA’**:
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno della divisione sales dedicata ai partners e dovrà gestire le relazioni con i partner del territorio del centro sud. La figura non avrà un portfolio dedicato ma dovrà coordinarsi e affiancare i partner nella gestione dei clienti. La risorsa dovrà svolgere l’analisi del bisogno sia dei partner e sia dei clienti per proattivare e/o rafforzare i servizi Fai Service nell’area a lui dedicata. L’approccio che dovrà mantenere è quello di crosselling affinchè il cliente abbia una copertura a 360° dei nostri servizi. Il ruolo prevede interfaccia, oltre che verso l’esterno, anche con i diversi reparti interni come Customer Operations, l’area di sviluppo/IT, area marketing, Telematics e divisione Insurance.

**REQUISITI**:

- Diploma di studi/titolo universitario
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di vendita di servizi partendo dall’analisi del fabbisogno alla vendita di servizi integrati. Sarà titolo preferenziale aver maturato un’esperienza in settori quali:
servizi all’autotrasporto, vendita carburante, servizi di telematica e geolocalizzazione, vendita di servizi assicurativi e automotive mezzi pesanti.
- Conoscenza dei programmi di analisi dei dati relativi alle vendite per elaborare strategie di vendita mirate attraverso un approccio proattivo e in ottica di crosselling.
- Disponibilità a trasferte e frequenti spostamenti per visite ai clienti nell’area assegnata.
- Disponibilità ad intraprendere nuovi percorsi formativi (servizi/telematica/insurance).
- Ottima conoscenza dei dispositivi informatici e relativi applicativi (word, excel)
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese sia parlata che scritta sarà considerato un plus
