e-work Spa HR Executive Branch, società di Head Hunting protagonista del mercato da oltre 20 anni, è stata incaricata da primaria azienda operante nel settore trasporti e logística, in forte crescita nel territorio, di ricercare una figura apicale che ricoprirà il ruolo di** HR DIRECTOR**.

La figura, con diretto riporto alla direzione generale, sarà responsabile della pianificazione e dell'applicazione delle policy e delle procedure di implementazione HR, in coerenza con i valori e la cultura aziendale.
- Curare la standardizzazione e l'integrazione di sistemi, processi e procedure HR, al fine di garantire una linea guida unica per l'intero gruppo;
- Riorganizzare il team HR e ridistribuire carichi e perimetri di responsabilità delle risorse del team;
- Coordinare l'intero processo di gestione delle Risorse Umane, relativamente alle fasi di selezione, incoming, valutazione e formazione;
- Contribuire alla definizione delle politiche di gestione delle carriere, di performance management, di formazione, sviluppo del personale e di remunerazione;
- Progettare e attuare strategie e iniziative in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Collaborare con Leadership team per affrontare sfide e opportunità legate ai piani di upskilling e reskilling del management e delle risorse nelle diverse Business Unit;
- Formazione dei processi di controllo di congruità dei cedolini paghe.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea;
- Master di qualificazione in ambito Human Resources verrà considerata un plus,
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 10 anni come HR Manager maturata in aziende del settore trasporti e logística o realtà strutturate.

- Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione;
- Competenze organizzative e di pianificazione;
- Leadership e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra ne completano le competenze.
