Dentsply Sirona è alla ricerca di un Customer ImplementationSpecialist che provvederà a fornire agli odontoiatri consulenza circa il corretto utilizzo dei prodotti della linea SureSmile, dimostrandone le potenzialità cliniche e incrementandone il volume di business. Il territorio di riferimento è il Lazio e la Sardegna.

**Responsabilità**:

- Implementare i servizi per l’utilizzo dei prodotti di riferimento
- Provvedere alla formazione in presenza e via web, sia del personale interno all’Azienda che dei clienti SureSmile
- Effettuare consulenze pratiche (anche in loco), supportare i clienti nella gestione della piattaforma e nelle attività di vendita e post vendita
- Definire pianificare ed eseguire un’esperienza di crescita del cliente per il suo sviluppo clinico, organizzativo, di comunicazione e di promozione del prodotto SureSmile
- Garantire una eccellente customer experience dei clienti SureSmile e guidare la curva di crescita in tutte le sue fasi di implementazione
- Effettuare un monitoraggio costante dei dati, dei risultati e attività di follow up

**Requisiti e competenze**:

- Laurea magistrale in materie scientifiche
- Esperienza in aziende strutturate nella promozione di prodotti ad alto contenuto tecnologico. Gradita esperienza nel settore dentale, ortodonzia digitale, ortodonzia fissa.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Ottima conoscenza del pc e principali software informatici
- Disponibilità a viaggiare
- Residenza nel territorio di riferimento
- Ottima capacità comunicativa e di ascolto attivo
- Public speaking
