Si ricerca una figura di Addetto Analisi Processi per un' azeinda di alta moda, operante nel settore della pelletterie con sede a Firenze, e si occuperà di supportare le attività di miglioramento continuo dei processi produttivi.

**Principali attività**
- Mantenimento del sistema qualità attualmente implementato
- Gestione delle problematiche qualità e partecipazione al processo di identificazione e standardizzazione delle soluzioni
- Individuazione e diffusione degli standard e delle best practices
- Raccolta, inserimento ed elaborazione dati, tramite software specifico
- Partecipazione a progetti di miglioramento, attraverso l’applicazione dei principali metodi di Lean Production
- Stesura e gestione della reportistica a supporto dei progetti

**Requisiti richiesti**
- Laurea in discipline scientifiche (es. Ingegneria, economia, statistica, matematica)
- Esperienza mínima di 3 anni
- Ottimo utilizzo di Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Lean Production
- Buone competenze organizzative e di pianificazione
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving
- Flessibilità, Teamwork e buone capacità comunicative
- Gestione delle priorità
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
