**La risorsa sarà responsabile delle seguenti Attività**:

- Manutenzione ordinaria e scadenzata delle strutture a livello idraulico, elettrico e di refrigerazione secondo gli standard di compagnia ed in base alla legislazione corrente;
- Manutenzione ordinaria apparecchiature cucina (caldi e freddi)
- Manutenzione preventiva centrali tecnologiche,
- Manutenzione delle mini piscine e delle pavimentazioni esterne,
- Gestione richieste di manutenzione degli ospiti
- Opere di Pittura, piccoli lavori di muratura e cartongesso, piccole opere di falegnameria piccole opere di falegnameria
- Pulizie periodiche delle parti esterne dei fabbricati.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nella mansione,
- Competenza técnica per interventi di manutenzione su impianti, camere e parti comuni,
- Conoscenza strumenti del mestiere,
- Disponibilità full time su turni,
- Buon uso del PC e dei programmi Office.

Offerta Contrattuale
Si offre CCNL Turismo a tempo determinato, 14 mensilità, con possibilità di trasformazione in indeterminato;
