**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & DEPLOYMENT PLANNING OPERATOR**:
A diretto riporto dell’Inventory Management & Deployment Planning Coordinator, ricerchiamo un/una INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & DEPLOYMENT PLANNING OPERATOR che si occuperà di: contribuire a garantire la continuità di vendita e a massimizzare i ricavi aziendali, aggiornando l’inventario delle disponibilità presenti sulle navi in termini di sistemazioni e spazi garage; supportare il coordinatore per quanto riguarda l’ottimizzazione e la gestione del deployment in ottica di miglioramento continuo della redditività; contribuire alla cura della customer experience, inoltrando informazioni tempestive e accurate circa le variazioni itinerario.

**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA’**:
Occuparsi di aggiornare e monitorare i sistemi gestionali relativi alle sistemazioni di bordo e agli spazi garage, con particolare attenzione:
all’inserimento di tutti i parametri utili alla vendita;
**all’aggiornamento dell’inventory della nave day by day (es.**: cabine da escludere dalla vendita per problemi strutturali, nuovo allestimento di poltrone disponibili alla vendita,..);
al controllo dell’allineamento e congruenza tra quanto presente a bordo e quanto prenotato al fine di prevenire overbooking/disallineamenti;
alla gestione delle sistemazioni a bordo in overbooking;
alla gestione delle pre-assegnazioni di cabina/poltrona in base a eventuali richieste straordinarie e/o esigenze particolari del cliente;
Proporre miglioramenti nella gestione dell'Inventory, laddove venga rilevata tale possibilità, al fine di ottimizzare i processi;
In caso di necessità, collaborare nella pianificazione relativa all’utilizzo delle navi sulle linee GNV esercitate e suggerisce possibili ottimizzazioni;
Aggiornare i sistemi gestionali relativi al deployment;
Inoltrare alla clientela le opportune comunicazioni circa le variazioni operative (modifiche o annullamenti apportati al viaggio prenotato) al fine di tenere informati i passeggeri;
Gestire l'Unwelcome Passengers List.

**REQUISITI**:
Predisposizione alla pianificazione e al monitoraggio;
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) e, preferibilmente, del francese (B2);
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
Costituisce un requisito preferenziale l’aver svolto esperienza in ambito shipping.

E' prevista assunzione con contratto a tempo determinato.
