Associate Director of Sales

Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di un/a Associate Director of Sales ad integrazione del suo Dipartimento Commerciale.
**La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività**:
Incrementare il business e promuovere l’Hotel mantenendo le relazioni con i clienti;
Sviluppare ed eseguire strategie di vendita creando e implementando un piano di vendita per aumentare i ricavi e la quota di mercato dell'hotel;
Sollecitare e sviluppare nuovo business dai segmenti di mercato;
Individuare nuove fonti di business e clienti;
Partecipare a fiere, viaggi ed eventi dove sponsorizzare l’hotel;
Monitorare i report di produzione in relazione agli anni precedenti;
Lavorare con ufficio Eventi e Reservations per far si che le richieste siano supervisionate;
Stilare reportistica relativa alle attività commerciali svolte, contatti e riscontri ottenuti dai clienti in relazione alle offerte elaborate.
Pregressa esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel medesimo ruolo in contesti alberghieri similari;
Ottime capacità organizzative, di negoziazione e comunicative;
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e di quella inglese; la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera costituisce un plus;
Predisposizione al team working, mantenendo buoni rapporti con i colleghi dei vari dipartimenti
Disponibilità e flessibilità in termini di attività, logística (saranno previste trasferte su territorio italiano e straniero) ed orari;
Rispondere con flessibilità ad ogni eventuale cambiamento all’interno del dipartimento a seguito delle necessità della azienda o del settore;
Ottime competenze informatiche; la conoscenza del gestionale Opera costituisce un plus.
**Completano il profilo**: precisione, attitudine al problem solving ed una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale.
Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
