Do you have a passion for developing and implementing exciting and creative trade marketing campaigns aligned to seasonal activations?

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and will be based from our office in Milan.

We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called **Best of Both**, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

**Core Responsibilities**- Responsible for trade marketing activities across Grocery and Discounter channels. KAM counterpart for deciding, developing and implementing activation plans.- Local expert for display harmonization process. Responsible for non-standardised materials for displays, promo areas, end-caps. Conventionalise scalable yet differentiated and targeted solutions for different channels.- Leverage retailer, shopper and consumer insights and translate findings into action. Track and evaluate results and adapt processes and materials accordingly.- Contribute to the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) for Y+1, as the trade marketing member of the ICP process for the local Business Unit (BU).- Budget ownership including strategic prioritisation.

You will take ownership for a consistent activation plan of Grocery/Discounter channel, improving instore branding at retailers’, as well as efficiency of activations, identifying markets opportunities to catch and implement

**Do you have what it takes?**- Relevant Trade Marketing or Retail Marketing experience within FMCG or premium consumer brands.- Track record of designing and rolling out innovative projects.- Commercially savvy, strong shopper first thinking, deep understanding of omnichannel Trade Marketing as well as retail-landscape.- Strong strategic and comprehensive end to end thinking and ability of translating strategy into local priorities.- Relationship builder and collaborator with a strong ability to influence, gain trust quickly.
