Our overall ambition for the EMEA region is to move towards a service-led approach to ensure the delivery of customer-centric value - a key milestone outlined in our Business Plan 2026.

For the Southern Cluster (Italy, Greece, Iberia, Switzerland, Austria) we are looking for a cluster lead to lead all the commercial activities in the the countries.

Main responsibilities

Responsible for country P&L incl. forecast, budget and review

Manage and develop all commercial activities across all channels, e.g., for machines, service and PAC

Execute on country pricing and incentivization strategies for products and services (based on regional strategy)

Identify and capture both organic and inorganic growth opportunities

Develop and execute plans to grow incl. go-to-market and channel strategy

Develop and maintain awareness of the competitive environment and market conditions to ensure commercial performance and funnel innovation to the business

Build the company’s brands and strong reputation in country

Drive cross-functional collaboration and implement global and regional standards

Manage and develop a high-performing team to set and execute business plans

Ensure team alignment with goals and optimize resource allocation
