Crea rapporti di collaborazione con i riferimenti delle altre aree IT e dei System Integrator per raggiungere gli obiettivi a lui assegnati. Interagisce con gli altri team IT, i riferimenti dei SWvendor e dei System Integrator Applica i concetti del continuousimprovement Fa crescere un team efficace, auto-organizzato, multifunzionale e concentrato in cui i singoli membri riconoscono che il successo del team è più importante del successo individuale. Guida team di coordinando nel day-by-day le attività. Monitora l’avanzamento delle attività di sviluppo e test per garantire il rilascio delle attività progettuali nei tempi previsti.
