**Position Summary**:

**A day in the life of...**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct market research to identify the best recruitment sources and industry trends
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and organizing training sessions
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and develop employer branding strategies

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Results-oriented and ability to work independently
- Basic knowledge of recruitment laws and practices
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English and Italian
