About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team at Nestlé Nespresso SA. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales, acquisition, and Nespresso visibility across trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Account Plans
    • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners.
  • Negotiate and Manage Contracts
    • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
  • Prepare and Present Reports
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Identify and Address Customer Needs
    • Identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the Company
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
