About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team at Nestlé Nespresso SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share across our national trade channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutual profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for key account initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Identify and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Understanding of PL drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
