About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. as a Sales Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in sales and account management to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive net sales and gross margin growth within our account portfolio, in line with annual and strategic company objectives.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying and exploiting sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term objectives.
  3. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Category Development, to achieve company objectives and drive business growth.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze customer performance, providing regular reporting and recommendations to improve customer profitability and service levels.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Significant account management experience, ideally in the drugstore channel, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.
  2. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  5. Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, target bonus, car allowance, hybrid working arrangement, employee assistance program, discounted Edgewell branded products, core working hours, and a casual smart dress code. This is a maternity replacement agreement, with a minimum duration of 6 months, potentially leading to a permanent contract based on performance.
