Define the purchasing strategy in close alignment with the CFO and ensure its deployment to support and deliver business value. Lead purchasing evolution initiatives nurturing relationships with internal & external stakeholders to develop best-in-class sourcing services

Build & nurture the Purchasing team, exploiting any new talent acquisition opportunity, animating and nurturing the Purchasing community worldwide

**Profile**:
Accountabilities
- Define with internal stakeholders and budget owners the sourcing strategies on A&P categories (Creative agencies / Brand Campaign, Brand Image & Communication, BTL, Event, Corporate, PR, CRM & Digital) and Indirect Categories. Implement purchasing strategies based on business objectives and translate them into initiatives and action plans
- Provide guidelines for negotiation of commercial conditions with suppliers (quantitative and qualitative deliverables) in line with economic targets, respecting legal requirements and regulations
- Monitor action plans’ execution to improve the purchasing processes, methods and tools
- Review and develop supplier’s networks through market scouting and suppliers’ evaluation based on capabilities, quality of execution, cost, innovation and guaranteed service level
- Ensure periodic analysis on supplier’s network evolution, novelties in product / services offer, main index & other relevant indicators
- Ensure the completion of the digitalization of Purchasing processes (through Ivalua system), data reliability, respect of F&A procedures and Corporate Data Quality guidelines
- Establish & monitor KPIs, providing key measurement statistics, analysis and reporting on purchasing activities and projects
- Develop and coordinate sourcing organization at a WW level from Japan, China to USA.

**Requirements**:

- +10 years as Purchasing Director or similar roles
- Degree in Economics / Management
- High customer focus
- Deep knowledge of the purchasing organizations, processes and tools
- Strong experience in people management
- Fluency in English, Italian and French are considered a plus
