**Posizione**:
**During Spa - filiale di Savona **ricerca per azienda cliente nel settore marittimo un** Port Operations Trainee.**

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa risponderà al Port Operations Manager interfacciandosi con il Disbursement Accounting Specialists e il General Accounting Specialists.

Principali attività:

- Gestione della cartella nave e della relativa modulistica:

- Stesura del p/list sulla base dei documenti forniti dal committente
- Rapportarsi con committente per ricevere la documentazione necessaria al buon esito della spedizione
- Coordinazione con il terminal portuale per l’introduzione della merce in ambito portuale, con gli autotrasportatori per l’introduzione e lo scarico della merce in ambito portuale e con lo spedizioniere doganale per l’espletamento delle formalità doganali
- Assistere gli imbarchi sottobordo nave durante le attività di imbarco sulla base della resa nave di competenza dell'azienda cliente
- Organizzazione dei servizi nave gestendo i rapporti con il comando nave e il terminalista
- Mantenimento dei rapporti con le autorità marittime e portuali, polizia di frontiera e guardia di Finanza, finalizzati alla gestione delle pratiche necessarie alla gestione dello scalo.
- Garantire un continuo aggiornamento dei regolamenti portuali e delle ordinanze tariffarie, con conseguente trasmissione ai nostri mandanti.
- Mantenere aggiornate le informazioni nave sui vari siti web degli Armatori
- Eseguire il rendiconto del mandato e trasmettere i dati al reparto amministrativo inviando istruzioni per l’emissione delle fatture e dei conti esborsi
- Preparazione delle richieste fondi scalo.
- Controllare la congruità delle fatture dei servizi portuali
- In caso di necessità fornisce supporto operativo all’ufficio di appartenenza o agli altri uffici operativi
- Gestione dei rapporti con vari fornitori di servizi doganali
- Predisposizione e cura delle operazioni durante la sosta della nave in porto, sempre in relazione alle attività da svolgere verso le autorità doganali e portuali. Pagamento dei diritti portuali e delle tasse/ soprattasse di ancoraggio, espletamento delle pratiche sanitarie, regolarizzazione dei movimenti dell'equipaggio.
- Stesura dei manifesti di arrivo/partenza nave
- Spedizione in Capitaneria delle navi
- Compilazione e presentazione rettifiche/variazioni doganali relative ai manifesti
