**Your tasks**:
Partnership management
- Daily relations with partners with the goal of maintaining and strengthening the partnership
- Negotiation and management of agreements
- Maximise overall performance: monitoring, analysing and reporting KPIs to identify opportunities and increase revenues of the partners
- Strategic and operational interface between partners, adops/campaign managers, marketing and sales, to translate market needs into business opportunities

New business (partner and product)
- Identification of startegic partners and onboarding
- Identification and development of strategic products

Data and market analysis
- Constant analysis of competitors (product and technology)
- Processing of reports for analysis (traffic, revenue, performance) and use of data for strategic choices or problem solving and identification of solutions

Advertising products to deal with
- Addressable TV
- Connected TV
- Online Video
- Audio

**Your profile**:

- University degree (bachelor's/master's degree)
- At least 5 years' experience in the digital advertising industry
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Autonomy, good organisational and deadline management skills
- Reliability and accuracy
- Curiosity and proactivity in the study of commercial and technical issues
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Use of reporting systems
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken language in Italian and English
