About the Role
Ogury's publisher group is seeking a highly skilled Publisher Success Manager to service Ogury's publisher partnerships within the Italian market.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of the company and will be responsible for managing a defined book of business.
The Publisher Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring Ogury exceeds our Publisher's expectations in delivering on our core value propositions, making them money and protecting their brand.
This is a great opportunity to work with some of the top publishers and make an impact in the Italian digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and analyze the evolution of our Publishers' performance on a day-to-day basis and provide recommendations to build long-term partnerships.
- Manage a portfolio of top Publishers, providing a great service and creating opportunities to drive further revenues and partnerships with their other properties.
- Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs, including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top-tier clients.
- Develop a good understanding of technical aspects of our products to onboard our Publishers successfully.
- Work with stakeholders in the supply and product teams to prevent churn on our products.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and publisher technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Fluent speaking in Italian and English.
- Experience in managing publisher partnerships.
- Capacity to develop and retain customer relationships.
- Commercial acumen and ability to upsell and grow customer accounts.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with a solutions-based approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Internet advertising.
- Proficient in Excel and ability to turn data into commercial proposals.
