Job Description

As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Actively seek new business opportunities through research and prospecting strategies to identify potential customers, assess their interest, and verify if they meet the company's established criteria for qualified leads.
  • Initial Contact: Establish connections with prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up meetings.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs and requirements.
  • Client Management: Support clients in utilizing agreed products and services, nurturing client relationships for re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling activities.

You will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies, engage prospects and customers in company events, collect customer feedback, and update CRM systems with sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluent French language skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience. Additionally, you will receive a variable compensation tied to company goals, monthly food vouchers, and Macbooks for professional use. The position is a full-time permanent contract with flexibility in operating mode and schedule, working both in presence and smartworking modes.
