Job Description

As a Kiosk Industry Sales Growth Expert, you will be accountable for delivering sales targets and driving business expansion in assigned territories, including Italy and the Mediterranean region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners to foster long-term partnerships
  • Understanding CPI products and their applications to create value-based sales presentations
  • Assisting customers throughout their purchasing journey, from product selection to delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize revenue and customer experience
  • Being accountable for all customer quotes (developing, building, negotiating)
  • Driving and maintaining a sales and orders funnel for assigned territories and producing accurate monthly forecasts
  • Evaluating market trends, monitoring sales performances, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure internal coordination and alignment of sales efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's degree in sales management, engineering, or business administration with at least 5 years of sales experience
  • Linguistic proficiency in Italian, French, and English
  • A proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred) and analytics tools (e.g., Qlik)
  • Excellent analytical and strategic mindset with data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
  • Strong negotiator with relationship-building abilities and capacity to collaborate with team members and engage stakeholders

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and performance.
