Gordian's Inside Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the client base of RSMeans cost data solutions. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in sales with a focus on customer relationships and solution articulation.

Job Overview

Sell SaaS based software products to clients, utilizing expertise in company solutions and market competition to effectively articulate value propositions and acquire customers. Maintain pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of customers in an assigned territory to hit renewal and upgrade quotas.
  • Engage with and qualify existing customers to determine requirements and expectations, recommend appropriate solutions, and emphasize solution features and benefits.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Maintain pipeline opportunities and log all activity in the designated CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of company solutions and market competition.
  • Participate in ongoing training to increase professional growth and job effectiveness.
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in selling SaaS, technology, information services, or business services solutions with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales quota.

Key Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), comfortable working in a high-volume fast-paced environment, ability to understand and explain complex solutions and services, good awareness of the sales process.

Additional Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience using a CRM Solution. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
