Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Milan. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads, growing our revenue, and supporting our clients in the use of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Prospecting: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify potential customers, determine their interest, and qualify them as leads.
  2. Initial Contact: Establish initial contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up meetings.
  3. Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting their needs and proposing solutions.
  4. Client Management: Support clients in the use of our products and services, cultivate their relationships, and identify opportunities for re-selling, up-selling, and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for technology and SaaS platforms.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • A strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
