Job Overview

Datasite is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, with a strong background in client-facing sales interactions and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve annual sales targets, focusing on proactive management of the pipeline and building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing and Inside Sales, to create external campaigns that maximize exposure and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and negotiate cross-selling opportunities with sales experts in other teams, leveraging a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and Datasite's unique value proposition.
  • Present a value-based selling approach to clients, offering solution advice based on multiple use cases and leveraging a strong understanding of the client's business needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, receiving and managing client feedback and providing feedback to Customer Service and Product Engineers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years sales experience or consultancy experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and Datasite's unique value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with a strong desire for continuous personal development and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
