About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Professional who is passionate about driving business growth, eager to learn and grow professionally within FX sales, and possesses a proactive attitude with a healthy dose of competitiveness to overcome daily challenges. As a Forex Business Growth Specialist, you will spend your time on the telephone engaging with prospective clients, conducting face-to-face meetings, building lasting relationships, and closing deals with potential clients.

You will also attend national exhibitions to network with businesses, providing expert advice on FX-related products. If you are at the beginning of your sales career, this role offers comprehensive training in all aspects of Foreign Exchange (FX), motivation, challenge, and inspiration to succeed. As you progress, you will move through various roles from Business Development Manager (BDM) to Treasury Consultant and ultimately to Senior Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Forex Business Growth Specialist include:

  • Researching prospective clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Making introductory calls to new corporate clients to establish relationships.
  • Developing a sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and nurturing leads.
  • Closing new business deals with the aim of developing long-lasting relationships.
  • Building internal relationships with our Dealing team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date with FX market movements and global economic trends.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets on call performance, quality, and sales.
  • Attending regular training sessions and team briefings to stay informed.

Essential Experience and Skills

To excel in this role, we require individuals with:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of relevant experience in sales or a related field.
  • A self-starting attitude with a strong competitive drive.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in phone and in-person interactions.
  • Goal-oriented and persistent in achieving targets.
  • Fluency in Italian language.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes a competitive salary, great benefits, a full training program, and continuous support from managers and colleagues.
