Business Developer – USA Market – Vision Tech Solutions

Our client, a global leader in vision-tech, is seeking a seasoned Business Developer to spearhead its USA market expansion. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role will be part of a dynamic team responsible for driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and proactively engage with new international System Integrators and ITS consultants in the USA/EU market, fostering long-term relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiations Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and lead high-stakes sales negotiations across international contexts, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing High-Level Relationships: Build and maintain effective, trusting relationships with PM and R&D departments of key stakeholders, driving mutual understanding and collaborative growth.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in a similar role for international business within the ITS, machine vision, or related fields. Proficiency in English is essential, with Spanish and French being a plus. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and possess good knowledge of the Office package. Travel to the USA/EU (30% of the time) or a willingness to relocate to the USA on a long-term basis is required.
