About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team at Empatica Inc. in Milan. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving interest and engagement across the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle marketing & automation: Ideate and execute campaigns using Pardot and Mailchimp, building nurture programs and automations for our prospects and users.
  • Demand generation: Work on team initiatives to generate leads and new customers for our products through targeted efforts such as ABM, lead capture at events, and digital ads.
  • Website and Marketing Tech Management: Own our website optimization, pushing for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO, collaborating with designers and internal and external developers, managing and strategically growing the marketing tech stack, and overseeing our website maintenance for optimal functionality.
  • Analytics and reporting: Collaborate with the Business Operations team to maintain accurate and automated reporting of KPIs that can be shared with the rest of the business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Communication or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Pardot and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in lead generation, management, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Fluent in English.
