Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Jefferson Wells. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the USA market.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and proactively contact new international System Integrators and ITS consultants in the USA/EU market.
  • Negotiations Management: Define product specifications and lead sales negotiations in high-demanding international contexts with multi-level decision-maker processes (R&D, application, engineering, procurement, etc.).
  • Establishing High-Level Relationships: Build effective, trusting, and long-term relationships with PM and R&D departments of all stakeholders involved.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales in a similar role for international business, preferably from ITS, machine vision, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel in the USA/EU 30% of the time or willingness to relocate (after 24 months) in the USA on a long-term basis.
  • Proficiency in English is a must; Spanish and French would be a plus.
  • Competence in using and reporting a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and good knowledge of the Office package.
