We are a dynamic and innovative company looking for a talented Business Developer to help us expand our client base and drive sustainable financial growth.

Job Summary

The Business Developer will be responsible for qualifying leads, contacting potential clients, and building long-term relationships to boost sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns to convert into sales opportunities.
  • Client Outreach: Establish contact with potential clients through cold calls and emails to explore business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, new markets, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze customer and competitor data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Product Promotion: Promote the company's products and services to address or predict client objectives and drive sales.
  • Sales Focus: Maintain a strong focus on sales goals, tracking sales and revenue, and developing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, such as Hubspot.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer needs.
  • Language Skills: Proficient English and Italian language skills.
