About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Consumer Business Development Manager at Chubb.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing multichannel and multiproduct insurance partnerships within selected target industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement new partnership programs to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to sales and strategic account management efforts.
  • Develop and manage business cases, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver profitable growth within the consumer partnership business.
Requirements and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in managing complex insurance coverages and a strong ability to work in a matrix structured organization with a wide international scope.

They will also possess good organizational skills, the ability to manage complex insurance issues, and a strong ability to work in a team and achieve objectives.
